Associate Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Meeting Logistics - East Hanover, NJ
We are a healthcare communications and meeting logistics company specializing in the implementation of promotional services for the pharmaceutical industry.
Position Summary
Considered entry-level, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who strives to succeed in a team-oriented environment. Ideal candidate needs to work effectively with minimal supervision, paying close attention to detail. This person will be responsible for program initiatives from inception to conclusion.
High Level Job Responsibilities & Tasks
- Meeting and event planning for new and established clients
- Coordinate information flow from client through the organization and back to the client
- Assist in the development of meeting materials
- Respond to inquiries from clients, staff and vendors pertaining to project status
- Managing meeting logistics including venues and faculty travel arrangements
- Coordinate the creation and consistent delivery of projects to agreed upon timelines and expectation of quality
- Provide client status updates
- Performs other duties as directed
Qualification Requirements
- Pharmaceutical project management experience a plus (< 2 years)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Superior customer service skills
- Impeccable "attention to detail" competency (core)
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills (oral, written, and telephone)
- Familiarity with the budget process (creation, tracking, adherence, reporting) a plus
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking with physicians
- Ability to take initiative and set priorities
- Ability to complete multiple tasks and manage a high volume of competing priorities across projects
- Ability to interact effectively with all structural levels of organizations including clients, vendors, and internal companies to meet group goals
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be available for occasional overnight and weekend travel

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
