Have you been searching for an opportunity to practice in a fun and fulfilling specialty? Dermatology is one of the most sought-after practices, offering a dynamic patient experience, hands-on practice of medicine, meaningful work/life balance, and the potential to earn more than double the national benchmarks for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Epiphany Dermatology is thrilled to introduce our flagship Training Program, Learn Derm, for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) seeking to enter the dermatology specialty. Led by two of our highly-esteemed Physician Directors, this 12 month Training Program will include:

  • Four (4) months of didactic and clinical dermatology immersion in El Paso or Dallas, TX
  • Daily clinical rotations to provide wide exposure to dermatologic conditions
  • Hands-on practice in your primary clinic to fine-tune training and skills
  • Skills assessments at critical milestones throughout the Training Program

Upon successful completion of the Training Program, candidates will be placed at a predetermined location. Available locations currently include:

  • Waco, TX
  • Killeen, TX
  • Bryan, TX
  • South Tulsa, OK
  • Muskogee, OK
  • Taos, NM
  • Roswell, NM

Candidacy Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a registered Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) education program.
  • Board certified and current unrestricted state PA or NP license is required
  • Five-year employment contract post-training completion - required
  • Provide at least one (1) letter of recommendation; uploaded to application
  • Provide scanned copy of school transcripts; uploaded to application
  • Ability to accommodate an April 2024 start date (future opportunities will be available)

Work environment and physical requirements:

Medical office, procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
