Please note that this job is HYBRID. You will be required to work partially onsite in Albuquerque, NM, and will have the option of working partially from home.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Human Resources Coordinator job in Albuquerque, NM. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role and you MUST have previous experience processing payroll. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour, depending on your level of previous experience. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below). When you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
-Processing payroll
-Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new employees
-Entering and updating employee information in the HRIS
-Answering employees’ HR inquiries
-Assisting with Employee Relations
-Assisting with benefits administration
-All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:
-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Previous experience processing payroll REQUIRED
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-The ability to work successfully on a team

Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $22.00 and $25.00, depending on your level of previous experience
