TALENT COORDINATOR
FULL-TIME, EXEMPT
Position Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven regional recruiter to join our corporate HR team! You will be a key partner in hiring and onboarding the best talent in a highly competitive market. This position will report to the Sr. HR Supervisor
Essential Functions:

• Manage the process of new hires and onboarding including making offers, processing backgrounds, initiating onboarding tasks, and ensuring all required documents are received.
• Learn and abide by the process and procedures as laid out by Blakes Lotaburger in day-to-day tasks.
• Manage internal and external job posting advertisements and communication.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process.
• Ensure all admin & data entry tasks are completed each day job board updates, updating notes in the ATS system, scanning, etc.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced organization
• Assure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attend and participate in job fairs, and seminars and maintain personal networks.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements (Education/Training/Experience/Abilities):

• Must possess 2 years of direct or indirect recruiting experience.
• Must possess a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be highly detailed oriented, organized, self-disciplined, and a results-oriented team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or another recruitment system.
• Knows and embodies the Core Values of Blakes Lotaburger
• Must possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to read/write/speak in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain and build trust; protect and preserve confidential information along with high attention to detail
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, including a motor vehicle record search.

Essential Physical/Emotional Requirements:

• Must be able to occasionally stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to talk and hear.
• Must be able to climb, bend and stoop.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to type and look at a computer screen for extended periods of time
