POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator is a tactical and important role to the HR organization by providing best in class customer service and supporting the rest of the HR department. This person will be the front facing role of HR to the manufacturing facility, and will provide HR services and support to the office and visitors. This person must have above average customer service and interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational skills and multi tasking skills.

This role is a hybrid role, but must be available to be in the office 3 or 4 days a week as set by the HR Director.KEY RESPONSIBILITES:* Help facilitate the Recruiting process by posting requisitions, creating offer letters and closing requisitions in our ATS (Taleo)* Schedule interviews and help arrange candidate travel* Manage the pre-employment process by working with our third-party background check provider, hosting New Hire Orientations, managing the badge system, processing new hire paperwork and inputting candidate information into HR systems* Lead College recruiting and affiliated intern program* Schedule on or off-site meetings and trainings, order lunches and snacks, upkeep of conference rooms and other needs that may arise* Schedule and advertise for events around the office (open enrollment, flu shot clinic, biometric screening, Holiday luncheon, employee engagement events etc.)* Ensure all employee changes are processed in the systems (promotions, department moves, supervisor changes etc.), and work with payroll on any processes or questions that may arise* Maintain and distribute the monthly Coats newsletter* Order and distribute service awards* Administrative owner to HR systems for employees (resetting passwords or unlocking associates)* Basic filing, creation of standard work, running reports and upkeeping HR metrics and KPIs* Process spot bonuses, employee of the quarter, and other HR programs* Be the 'face of HR', and answer or direct employees on HR questions or concerns* Other duties and projects as assignedPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:* Minimum of 3 Years of secretarial work required, OR a degree in Human Resources Management, preferably with internship experience* Prior HR experience preferred* Ability to handle confidential information, decisions, and situations* Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and effectively utilizes time management skills and can multi-task* Must enjoy switching tasks quickly, being flexible* Ability to travel up to 5% of the time* Must have above average interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to work cross functionally and adapt to different social settings* Able to work overtime as needed* Must be able to be in the office 3-4 days a week, and be responsible with keeping their scheduleThe COATS Company is a leading, global manufacturer of wheel service, alignment, and inspection equipment.
