Caregiving is the greatest act of love and it requires people with heart and people with passion. Nurse Galina based in Hackensack is a social worker and a nurse. She is popularly known as a social nurse because she has combined the knowledge of social work with the love for nursing. She has created this beautiful service helping patients AGE IN PLACE.
Galina is looking for a full-time office/HR assistant. This position is best for someone who loves people and loves to interact. Some of the responsibilities include;
- Assist with all aspects of the Recruiting and hiring process including but not limited to job postings, resumes, and interviews
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires and assist with new employee training
- Assist in employee benefits and compensation programs as needed
- Assist in employee relations as needed.
Skills and abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred. College degree preferred.
