CNB St. Louis Bank is seeking a part-time Human Resource Coordinator to join our team.
Essential Duties:
- Perform specific duties of the recruitment process including job posting and new employee orientations.
- Administer all day-to-day Human Resource activities including HRIS system, employee communications, employment records, training, performance management, benefit plans and billing process.
- Maintain and administer compliance with all federal and state Human Resources mandates such as ADA, COBRA, FCRA, FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, VESSA, etc.
- Track employee educational and information seminars, webinars, bank school, etc.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding insurance plans, policies, procedures, benefits, etc.
- Coordinate employee events including lunch n learns, training and development activities.
- Update HR documents, as needed.

Preferred Education, Experience, Technical Knowledge, and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources
- Experience using HRIS system
- Knowledge of applicable federal/state laws, rules, regulations and/or policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
