General Description
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator is an integral part of the HR department, performing various HR-related tasks including but not limited to training coordination, file maintenance, and onboarding activities. This position requires heavy data entry. The person filling this role is expected to be a customer-service-oriented and collaborative team player. The HR Coordinator will be allowed to work a hybrid schedule, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely
(some weeks, 2 days working remotely).

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Act as concierge to ensure staff are enrolled in live and online training courses.
- Facilitate a learning environment across departments while ensuring the agency works toward improving staff's knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to drive business results.
- Collaborate with trainers to develop an annual training calendar, ensuring that back-up trainers are secured ahead of time.
- Develop yearly agency training schedule.
- Ensure orientation training calendar is accessible to all staff.
- Track, input, maintain, and audit individual employee training records.
- Manage and fine-tune process for centralized training room coordination and scheduling.
- Participate in, with potential to lead, the agency's training and development committee.
- Consult with trainers to create testing and evaluation processes and progress reports.
- Collaborate with Quality Improvement to ensure all training follows governing body requirements.
- Maintain agency's online learning management system (Relias), ensuring employee records and transcripts are current.
- Liaise with training system- and vendor points-of-contact, as necessary (Relias, CPI, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Complete annual training requirements as outlined by agency requirements and supervisor.
