Responsible for all aspects of employee (non-physician) recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and referring applicants for all position throughout the hospital and clinics. Coordinates candidate identification and selection from manager requisition through finding the right fit/ best person for the job, and from application through paperwork process, references, job offer, and pre-Orientation.
Represents and promotes OMC at recruitment fairs, luncheons, and other community events and activities.
Prefer Associates Degree or higher.
Experience - 2-3 years of prior recruitment or hr experience
