Patient Centered - Employee Centered - Client Centered
We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to work in our corporate office in Chesterfield, MO.
This position will be responsible for completing task associated with supporting the duties of the Human Resources (HR) department as assigned by the Director of Human Resources including providing administrative support for the department, handling tasks associated with the recruitment life cycle, and assisting with administration of benefits.
Essential Job Functions include:
- Act and perform job duties in alignment with the core values of the organization.
- Ensures Axes culture is supported and exhibited in all activities.
- Maintains the Applicant Tracking Process and Applicant Tracking System used for talent acquisition, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Administers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability as needed.
- Supports the activities associated with FMLA, Workers Compensation and other regulatory or legal compliance related task.
- Participates in the design and execution of wellness topics and initiatives for the employees.
- Support the enforcement of company policies, procedures, and best practices as are determined by the company guidelines.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Supports staff by providing Human Resources tools and information as needed.
Experience Required includes:
- Proven knowledge of Employment Law
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Experience with Applicant Tracking systems.
- Experience with Vendor Benefit websites
- Experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualification Required include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of one-three years of Human Resource experience preferred.
