What does an HR Business Partner at Good 2 Go look like? You'll:
- Provide HR phone support to 700 employees across 7 states.
- Ensure all people process administration are completed timely and accurately including onboarding, integration planning, separations, job changes, unemployment, etc.
- Manage HRIS and ensure employees are thoroughly trained on the system.
- Develop, assign, monitor, and ensure completion of all Company learning and development processes.
- Create and train on topics that are needed to those in the field.
- Coordinate all employee relations and regulatory compliance activities.
- Support benefits administration for applicable sites.
- Help with talent acquisition programs and processes.
- Support all talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Update existing and create new job descriptions as needed.
- Uphold compensation system controls/development and provide direction to management on plan.
- Assist in organizational planning and change management.
- Support safety initiatives for the organization.
Additional
- Enter, track, and ensure timely completion and renewal of required certifications.
- Support the management and compliance of DQ Files (where applicable).
- Assist with other HR responsibilities if others on the team are over-burdened.

- Typically work is performed in an office setting.
- Occasional work performed in offsite/field locations.

- Able to move about office setting to complete responsibilities.
- Frequent use of phone, computer, and office equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organization Development, or a related field.
- Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
- Adheres to the company's values and ethical expectations.
- Able to take on projects, prioritize, and keep everyone updated.
Preferred
- One or more years' experience in Human Resources Management, Safety Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience with HRIS development and management.
