Overview
St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Change Management Business Partner to join our Human Resources team.
Unit/Position Summary
The Change Management Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to the project teams, business sponsors, leaders, and subject matter experts to support effective execution and adoption of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
The Change Management Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to the project teams, business sponsors, leaders, and subject matter experts to support effective execution and adoption of strategic initiatives.
- Creates and implements Change Management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
- Assesses the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders
- Applies a structured Change Management methodology, diagnoses, designs, implements and assesses Change Management strategies and plans in support of overall business initiatives
- Supports training efforts by providing input, document requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs
- Completes Change Management assessments and identifies, analyzes, and prepares risk mitigation tactics
- Consults and coaches project teams; coaches, supports and engages leaders and stakeholders
- Creates actionable deliverables for the core Change Management plans and integrates Change Management activities into the project plan
- Evaluates and ensures user readiness; identifies and measures adoption metrics
- Serves as a subject matter expert to resolve complex problems using advanced knowledge gained through extensive work experience
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: 6 years relevant experience
