Human Resources Business Partner - Boise RC Willey
Starting Pay: $30 - $35 per hour commensurate with experience
Schedule: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week depending on business needs) and is in-office (Non-Remote/Hybrid)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Manage employee relations and ensure workplace concerns are being handled effectively and appropriately
- Oversee leave administration
- Perform various staffing functions including tracking, reviewing, interviewing and extending job offers
- Use creative methods to attract and recruit qualified applicants
- Aid in making promotion, transfer, and termination decisions in compliance with applicable company policies and employment laws
- Advise managers on HR related issues and/or other HR functions
- Responsible for communication and overseeing benefit policies and information
- Assist department with a variety of Human Resource and administrative responsibilities
- All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
- At least 3 years of experience in a formal HR department with Employee Relations
- Must be outgoing, friendly, and able to engage others in conversation on the phone, in person and online
- A good overall understanding of Human Resources principles and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the legal aspects of HR
- At least 3 years of experience with Talent Acquisition including interviewing, hiring, onboarding
- A 4-Year degree in a related field or equivalent experience, CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- Strong ability to communicate with associates at all levels and a desire to be part of a dynamic team
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite and able to learn new software programs quickly
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate in maintaining records and electronic filing systems, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Dependability, punctuality and excellent communication and problem-solving skills required
- Must be organized and professional with the ability to work without supervision
