SalaryZarnoth Brush Works is a small, family owned manufacturing company located in Chilton since 1949. We make, sell, and deliver industrial size brushes throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Upper Michigan, Illinois and Iowa. We pride ourselves in great service while making quality brushes for our customers.
We are currently seeking a reliable individual to join our office staff.
Job Summary: Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming phone calls and entering orders. Individual will collaborate with others in scheduling deliveries with our own fleet of trucks and drivers and also setting up third-party LTL trucks and small package pickups.
Duties/Responsibilities:
*Customer service including in-person, over the phone and through email
*Enter orders
*Organize schedules and paperwork for drivers
*Work with warehouse to arrange shipments
*Process invoices
*Other clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry and record keeping
*Maintain office supplies
Desired Skills/Abilities:
*Excellent Customer Service skills
* Strong verbal and interpersonal abilities
* Knowledge of accounting software, Outlook and Microsoft Excel programs
* Possess the ability to work effectively with fellow employees
* Ability to prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
