About the Team

The Human Resources Business Partner is a critical component to our business, serving as a liaison between our associates and the business. They hear and convey the voice of the associate so that we as an organization can ensure that we do right by everyone we work with. With their acute understanding of others and how best to advocate for those they support, they represent our associates and their needs to the business. They provide effective business solutions to the associate and hiring leaders alike, working to a goal of finding the right direction for both the associates and the business that they serve.

This role will report into our Associate Relations team. We are a proud team of dynamic individuals who are forward thinking, growth-oriented, and self-directed. We are seeking someone who will reflect our team brand of working well together, calibrating and supporting each other in our work.

Qualifications

+ 3+ years of experience in delivering high-volume, high demand HR services

+ Experience in finding talent solutions to solve business problems

+ Experience working in Human Resources within a large operation or business unit

+ Exceptionally strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills/ High level of professionalism

+ Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.

Travel

This position will require up to 10% travel.
