As a member of the HR Systems Services (HRSS) team you will play an integral part in supporting our business partners in major HR technology initiatives, system administration, and providing world class customer support. In this role you will be exposed to multiple HR systems with a focus on providing back-up support on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Paid Time Off (PTO) administration. In addition, you will provide reporting support for ad-hoc report requests utilizing UKG (formerly UltiPro) and MicroStrategy’s Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Reporting to the HRSS Manager, you will work with a team of eight within HR Systems Services, while supporting a Human Resources department of over 110. You will directly support our corporate office, located in Calabasas Hills, CA. including over 47,500 staff members.

Responsibilities
Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:
- This role will function as the main system admin of our Talent Management Systems (TMS) (SuccessFactors).
- Provide day to day support of our Human Capital Management (HCM), ATS, TMS and PTO systems.
- Configuration of our systems to meet the business needs (e.g. processes, user interfaces, correspondences, etc.).
- Play a role in project initiation efforts by defining project scope and supporting the development of work plans, estimates, and timelines.
- End to end project support, including business requirements, analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Identify, analyze, and document process flows, system diagrams, and Best Practices/standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Maintain the integrity of our HR systems by working alongside the HRSS Analyst team to conduct regular system audits, streamline processes, increase data integrity and provide valuable guidance to end users.
- Run established reports using tools such as UltiPro and MicroStrategy to extract data from the HCM system and analyze the data to provide appropriate metrics and data to the business on an as needed basis.
- Leverage system and process expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex system/user issues to drive resolution and determine root cause.
- Lead/manage issue resolution efforts across end-users, peer support groups, technical support teams, and vendors as required.
- Work closely with system vendors to resolve any systems related issues, implement required updates, and design/maintain interfaces.
Qualifications
What we require:
- 1+ years of experience working in HR Systems.
- 1+ years of experience with a TMS.
- 1+ years of experience working with an ATS within a multi-location/multi-concept company.
- 1+ years of experience in an HCM system, specifically time off administration. Should have a grasp of general time off laws and set up of an HCM system for time off policies.
- 1+ years of data analytic experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ATS and Talent related systems (e.g. job aggregators, assessments, CRM, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook).
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
What we prefer:
- TMS experience working within SuccessFactors.
- ATS experience working within iCIMS.
- Ability to create ad-hoc reports in BI system.
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources.
