The HRIS Analyst supports Workday HCM system activities to meet business requirements and configures, tests, and maintains Workday modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Performance Management. This position ensures data integrity and end-user testing of all system changes. The HRIS Analyst supports the HR Technology team on cross-functional projects by working closely with HR stakeholders to gather system requirements and recommend process improvements.
You'll get a chance to:
- Support Workday HCM system activities to meet business requirements. Configures and maintains Workday modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Performance Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday system, escalating to higher levels of support if necessary.
- Ensure data integrity and end-user testing of all system changes.
- Collaborate with HR Technology team on configuration and testing, adhering to project timelines.
- Work with HR functions to identify modifications to HR systems or alternative methods to improve and properly support HR processes and enhance their efficiency.
- Contribute to the proactive identification of opportunities to improve processes and systems.
- Monitor and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests.
- Support the HR Technology team on cross-functional projects by working closely with HR stakeholders to gather system requirements and recommend process improvements.
- Stay current on Workday updates and enhancements, identifying opportunities to optimize system usage with the HR Technology team and functional leads.
- Assist in the implementation of new Workday features and modules, ensuring successful adoption and user training.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on Workday functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and data accuracy across systems.
- Generate and analyze reports using Workday's reporting tools to provide HR insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices in HRIS data management.

Qualifications:
Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, HR, IS, or related field
- Minimum three years of experience with all Workday HCM functions
- Workday HCM certification preferred
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
