Hris Reports Analyst

The HRIS Reports Analyst will play a pivotal role in our Human Resources department, focusing on the design, development, testing, and implementation of HRIS reports, dashboards, and analytics. Acting as the technical liaison for our HR team, you will oversee user acceptance testing of report writing while participating in HRIS upgrades, patches, fixes, and other technical projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities:

• Write complex reports/queries utilizing Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, FAW).
• Collaborate with HR functional experts and other departments to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.
• Provide level 2 support to Associates across In-N-Out Burger in technical HRIS matters.
• Maintain data integrity in systems through regular audits and analysis.
• Lead projects related to HR technologies and analytics.
• Stay abreast of current trends in HRIS to enhance application/tools knowledge.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

• Full-time position, Exempt
• Office Hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Occasional overtime may be required based on department needs

• Salary Pay Range: $106,000 - $133,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience with Reporting and Analytics tools in Oracle HR cloud (OTBI, BIP, FAW)
• 3-7 years of combined experience in Information Systems
• Expertise in writing complex SQLs preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with a programming language and PL/SQL preferred
• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification a plus
