Hris Systems Analyst

Eastridge Workforce Solutions in partnership with a leading figure in the fast-food industry, boasting over 75 years of dedication to providing unparalleled customer experiences, is seeking an adept HRIS Systems Analyst to join the team at their Irvine, CA office. As a HRIS Systems Analyst, you will spearhead the design, development, testing, implementation, and administration of our human resource information systems (HRIS), primarily focusing on Oracle Cloud HCM. This pivotal role involves serving as a technical liaison, overseeing user acceptance testing, analyzing process flows, and optimizing HR systems. Collaboration with HR functional teams to define requirements and lead system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Oracle HCM modules is integral to this role. Responsibilities:

• Perform system maintenance, application upgrades, and keep abreast of Oracle's periodic updates.
• Collaborate with functional and technical staff for application upgrades and fixes.
• Document processes and results, configure, develop, and independently manage Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Collaborate with HR functional experts and other departments to understand functional needs and define requirements.
• Provide production support, researching and resolving technical and functional issues.
• Optimize HRIS processes by integrating software/systems for a highly automated set of processes.
• Conduct audits on HR processes, documents, and data, maintaining specialization in specific areas of responsibilities.
• Maintain awareness of technological advancements and current trends in HRIS.
• Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, and conduct training.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

• Full-time position, Exempt
• Onsite, in office hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Department needs will call for occasional overtime

• Salary Pay Range: $106,000 - $133,000 *Experience and other job-related factors will be considered in determining pay.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in Core HR and multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules preferred
• 3-7 years of proven work experience as an HRIS analyst or similar role
• Expertise in writing complex SQLs and Fast Formula preferred
• Understanding of quantitative/qualitative measurement and data/system design principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Experience with a programming language and PL/SQL preferred
• Excellent Time Management Skills, ability to work independently under general guidance
• Experience with a Project Management Tool or certifications as an HRIS analyst preferred
