Medline Industries, LP is the leading nationwide supplier of medical, surgical and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, nursing homes, HME providers, surgery centers, physician offices and home care/hospice settings. Under close supervision, the HR Systems Coordinator will process confidential employee information and maintain employee records on a Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The HR Systems Coordinator will run standard queries involving payroll information, performance management, and other employee data.
Responsibilities:
- Collect employee change notices in Zendesk ticketing system, review, input, and maintain data into the HRIS ensuring all personnel transactions are completed in a timely manner in accordance within pay cycles. Review and verify data received for accuracy and appropriate authorization.
- Upload and appropriately index employee change notices in Electronic employee record. Ensure compliance with record retention policy within the HRIS team email box.
- Approve/process Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service transactions with appropriate supporting documentation.
- Provide guidance to internal HR team and internal business partners on HR system processes and employee data transaction coding.
- Review and resolve data integrity audits within the HR Systems.
- Respond to inquiries in HR Zendesk ticketing system and assist internal business partners and track trends.
- Generate and audit standardized reports
- Maintain SOP (standard operating procedure) log; notify supervisorer of changes to HRIS processes that require revisions to SOPs. Maintain and revise procedures to process data.
- Activley participates in process improvement initiatives.
- Activley participates in HR Systems (HCM and ATS) update testing.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of data administration and/or entry experience.
- Ability to calculate figures and dollar values such as percentages and salaries.
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts and formulas to solve problems.
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting and aligning text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, inserting bullets, pictures and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane and/or print functions).
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using sort and filter, merging and centering cells, basic formulas).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- HRIS (PeopleSoft or Workday) and reporting (Query Manager) software experience.
- Experience altering variables and criteria in queries to generate reports.

- The anticipated salary range for this position is $16.75- $27.75 per hour. The salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the apllicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
