Duties
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and claims processing
- Process Payroll and maintain Employee Handbook
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR-related matters, while finding resolutions to employee conflicts.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic workforce planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, Oracle)
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience in strategic planning and talent acquisition
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms and social media management tools (e.g., Paylocity, LinkedIn)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
