ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Human Resources Generalist assists in all day-to-day functions within the Human Resources Department. Manages the front office by greeting people and answering phones, overseeing office supplies and materials, coordinates various engagement activities, and event planning. Oversight and administration of Workers' Compensation; OSHA logs; FMLA and ADA; Disability programs Provides regular assistance, and follow-up to departments, employees, and/or members of the general public related to inquiries. Assists with policy interpretation and questions. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum EducationAssociates Degree, RequiredBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Related Field Preferred Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Ability communicate with a wide range of individuals in a constructive and professional manner. Certifications:Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Preferred Minimum Work Experience3-5 years experience in HR and Healthcare required
