? Driving the “people strategy” for the company
? Defining and evolving the performance management processes and systems
? Leading the effective recruitment of talent
? Creating employee development programs
? Building out competitive compensation strategies
o Market benchmarks
o Compensation structures including bonus programs
? Driving the corporate culture aligned with the Hive values
? Delivering and managing employee policies both domestic and internationally
? Leading the HR team both domestic and internationally
? Supporting Hive leadership through employee feedback and disciplinary processes
Experience:
? 10 to 15 years of experience
? Grown teams in organizations from sub-50 team members
? Managed international organizations
? Worked within a tech management space and built out HR teams
? Experience in talent management systems (HRIS)
? Comfortable with technology
