Job Specific Expectations
- Oversee engagement in leadership development programs
- Discuss recruitment opportunities with Operating partners
- Recruit Talent through partnerships with area schools and their work base learning systems, area colleges, community job fairs, and our social media recruitment platforms
- Hire, onboard, and complete 1st orientation.
- Community involvement and relations: Being a part of up to 3 community boards, Chamber events, oversee donations, being part of community events, Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, and potential speaking events at schools
General Expectations
- Participate in Team Meetings and Outings
- Conduct one on ones with leadership development team
- Consult and coach from knowledge and experience
