Responsibilities:
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing & screening.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and completing necessary paperwork.
- Assist with maintaining & updating employee records to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects, such as organization design and restructuring initiatives.
- Assist with employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Skills:
- Proficiency in HR software systems including Oracle.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
