Job Description
The HR Coordinator will perform administrative tasks for the HR department as well as facilitate employee programs and communications related to HR.
Work type: Temp to hire
Pay rate: $20 - $26 per hour DOE
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support HR leadership team with various administrative tasks
- Prepare and store all documentation related to new hires, status changes, resignations, terminations, etc.
- Provide managers with applicable tools and resources based on requests related to employees
- Manage internal communications via email re: policies, day-to-day inquiries, etc.
- Track tasks and projects using their ERP system
- Compile data for leadership from reporting related to payroll, engagement, turnover, and other HR related analytics
- Any other projects or tasks as directed by the Regional HR Manager
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
- HR related education is considered an asset
- 1 - 4 years experience within an applicable administrative role
