As an Engineering Manager, you will:
- Direct team members engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
- Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
- Interpret company policies to team members and enforces safety regulations.
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to expertly resolve service requests or opportunities, utilizing our work order tracking system.
- Maintain time and production records.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Engineering leadership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and serviceoriented manner.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Valid Florida State Driver's License.
Pay:
$55,000.00 per year
