Insero Talent Solutions has partnered with a great privately-owned company in Rochester, NY to recruit an HR Coordinator.
The HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR Manager with all HR functions for the company, including employee relations, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Managing payroll and HRIS maintenance and serving as the point of contact assisting employees with any issues or questions accessing and utilizing the site and app.
- Recruitment for various staffing needs.
- Creating and posting job ads through HRIS and other recruitment sources.
- Pre-screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Partnering with temp agencies to meet staffing requirements as necessary.
- Responsible for onboarding and conducting new hire orientation.
- Conducting training for NYS Sexual Harassment.
- Responding to employee relations issues.
- Assisting affiliate companies when necessary.
Requirements:
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer service, and proficiency in human resources policies and procedures.
- Organized, a strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and capability to be flexible.
