Qualifications
* Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
* Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Pivot tables, vlookup, table creation, filters.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field strongly preferred.
* Experience with month end and year end close reconciliations, and analysis.
* Experience with accounting software packages such as Sage 300 and Yardi preferred.
* Experience with Paris on the Web revenue control software a plus.

Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly landlord operating statements.
* Perform bank reconciliations.
* Account analysis, data entry, reconciliations, and preparation of month end adjusting entries.
* Audit and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
* Preparation of year-end workpapers.
* Preparation of monthly local sales tax, parking tax, and annual business tax returns.
* Various accounting projects as needed.
