At our Greenpac Mill in Niagara Falls, NY you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the HR Technician:*

Full-cycle recruitment, payroll management, and employee benefits administration.
- Coordination of training, month-end support, and HR analysis.
- Fostering engagement, upholding company values, and ensuring safety programs.
- Proposing innovations, implementing best practices, and coaching on employee relations.
- Assisting HR Manager with diverse tasks, including accounting administration.
- Collaborating on safety culture, supporting supervisors, and proposing strategic solutions.

You too, will put forward your strengths:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources; or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, including managing leaves of absence
- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and NY State employment laws
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Success Factors and UltiPro considered an asset
- Experience working in manufacturing is an asset, but not required
