HR Coordinator- Bilingual (Spanish)

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. We are looking for a candidate who is not only proficient in Spanish but also excels in phone communication, possesses a bright and engaging personality, and pays meticulous attention to details.
Responsibilities:
- Spanish Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking employees and candidates.
- Phone Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing information, assistance, and support as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, document verification, and maintaining employee records.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy and completeness in HR records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordination: Collaborate with HR team members to coordinate interviews, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.
- Employee Relations: Address basic employee inquiries, providing guidance and escalating issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bright and engaging personality with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in HR coordination or administrative roles is a plus.
