Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process
- Onboard new employees
- Create training materials and opportunities for understanding HR policies
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation
- Assist in performance management tasks
- Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in an HR support role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software programs
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures preferred
