PROJECT COORDINATOR
As a full-time Project Coordinator, you will report directly to the Group Manager and be a vital member of the project team helping coordinate communications, project activities, recordkeeping, and project management. You will work alongside a diverse team of professionals and can enhance your skill set through training, work experience and collaboration. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a variety of project documents including proposals, estimates, plans, specification, change orders, requests for information and submittals
- Monitoring and updating project schedules
- Communicating clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Scheduling and coordinating the activities of subconsultants
- Updating monthly internal and external reports
- Coordinating the review and preparation of invoices
- Expediting permits and agency approvals
- Reading and following terms and conditions of contract documents
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in professional services, technical work, or construction industry
- History of effectively working in a team environment
- Effective communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and database skills
- Basic working knowledge with AutoCAD, Civil3D, GIS. and/or MicroStation is preferred but not required
