Kalthia Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient process management. While experience in the hotel industry is encouraged, it is not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate employee onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Address employee queries and provide support in HR-related matters.
Payroll:
- Process and manage bi-weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, benefits administration, and other payroll-related tasks.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll transactions.
Accounting:
- Assist with general accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team for month-end and year-end close procedures.
Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation, data entry, and file maintenance.
- Coordinate and organize HR-related events or training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Administration Specialist with a focus on HR, Payroll, and Accounting.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hotel industry.
- Knowledge of payroll software and accounting systems.
