We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.*
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including but not limited todata entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing incoming and outgoing Email's.
- .Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, including arranging travel and accommodations when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, answering and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
