Sentinel is looking for an Onboarding Analyst to join the team. As an Onboarding Analyst, your primary responsibility is facilitating our customers' technical transition to Sentinel's award winning Managed Services support services. This role is responsible for being the technical owner of Onboarding Projects to provision connectivity and access to customer IT environments, to configure monitoring of customer devices, and to fully prepare Sentinel to provide Managed Services for customers. The role is also responsible for ongoing updates to the monitoring system on behalf of Sentinel's existing Managed Services customers. This is a full-time role that can be worked remotely with occasional onsite support in Grand Rapids, MI.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Network Routing, VPN, and Firewall experience are required
- Experience configuring devices to be monitored within SolarWinds Orion is required
- CCNA or CCNP is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
