Hoot Hoot Health is looking for a full-time call center representative to join our Fort Lauderdale, FL team.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required.
• Must be comfortable talking on the phone with customers and have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable navigating a computer and using software such as Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:
Being able to convert our leads from prospects to members is the main objective.

• Answer incoming calls and find the customer the policy that best fits their needs and budget
• Work a sales pipeline diligently
• Provide data entry and other tasks as needed.
• Taking prospect from initial inquiry to final sale
• Maintaining relationship with customers using in-house CRM software

Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week
