Hoot Hoot Health is looking for a full-time call center representative to join our Fort Lauderdale, FL team.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required.
- Must be comfortable talking on the phone with customers and have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be comfortable navigating a computer and using software such as Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
Being able to convert our leads from prospects to members is the main objective.
- Answer incoming calls and find the customer the policy that best fits their needs and budget
- Work a sales pipeline diligently
- Provide data entry and other tasks as needed.
- Taking prospect from initial inquiry to final sale
- Maintaining relationship with customers using in-house CRM software
