Form of workWe are seeking a Production Worker (2nd Shift).
- Working Location: Huntersville, NC
- Working Hour (2nd Shift) : 9am - 6pm
- Client: Food Manufacturing
Job Description:
- Planning and setting production schedules
- Maintaining a safe and clean production environment
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out timely and meets SQF standards
- Understanding and managing the whole production operations
- Training new hires and re-training employees.
- Maintain communication between the shifts and departments
- Assistance and adaptability during troubleshooting of machinery and equipment
Physical requirements
- Occasional lift, push, and pull of up to 50lbs
- Walking and Standing majority of the shift (70~80% once accustomed to office tasks)
Qualifications:
- Languages: English required, and Japanese preferred
- 1 or 2 years of Production Workers in Food Manufacturing or other manufacturing.
- Comfortability with Excel and computer skills
- Basic inputting (No required knowledge of VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc., but it is a plus)
- Comfortability or proficiency with mathematical calculations
- Comfortable providing directions and instructions
