The Waisman Group is a partner of AIL, the largest union labeled supplemental benefits company for 68+ years. We work with over 30,000 unions and associations. As a result of our growing client base, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team and serve working families. Sales experience is valued but not required.

The Job

• Setting up appointments to meet with our clients virtually to activate their requested benefits package

• Conducting meetings via Zoom with our existing clientele to review and update their current benefits

• Maintaining quality control

• Building client base and relationships

Qualifications

• Time management (as you'll be working a flexible schedule)

• Strong work ethic
