REQUIREMENTS:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar or supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to market conditions and maintain high operational standards.
• Must be able to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights to manage our nightlife team and crowd.

  Pay: $55000 - $58000 / year

• Manage areas of responsibility to achieve high levels of quality outcomes based on guest feedback and online reviews.
• Ensure that all food and products meet our high standards and are prepared and served according to set guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, practicing a \clean as you go\ approach.
• Scheduling various front of the house team members
• Continually develop and train staff members, including new servers and hosts.
• Assist in making employment and termination decisions.
• Attend weekly manager meetings and positively impact team member morale.
• Administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any violations of company policies.
• Ensure proper handling of food to prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Interface regularly and professionally with guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Oversee music, lighting, entertainment, and games to enhance the guest experience.
