SalaryFellowship Place, a busy social service agency located in the Dwight neighborhood of New Haven, is recruiting for a Receptionist to greet clients and other visitors, answer phones, and complete a variety of clerical support tasks. Daily responsibilities will include data entry, sending faxes, sorting mail, stocking office supplies, filing, typing, and preparation of simple correspondence. Ideal candidate will have good customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Suite, with a minimum of 1 year work experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a social service or behavioral health organization
Sal. $19.50/hour with paid time off, health benefits, and 403-B Retirement Plan. Hours are 8:45am-4:15pm, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime.
