Receptionist - Billingual

Family & Children’s Aid is seeking an efficient, organized individual to join our team as a full-time bilingual English/Spanish receptionist for our Danbury children’s behavioral health clinic.

The work schedule is Monday through Thursday 10:30AM to 7:00PM and Friday 9:30AM to 6:00PM (with half hour unpaid lunch.)

Job duties include:

· Scheduling appointments

· Greeting and checking in clients

· Answering a multi-line phone system

· Utilizing our EHR system

· Collecting copays

· Scanning, faxing, and/or mailing documents.

Qualifications

· Bilingual English/Spanish required

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Front desk or customer service experience preferred.

Year 1: 20 Days (4 weeks)
Year 2: 25 Days (5 weeks)
Year 3-5: 30 Days (6 weeks)
Year 6-10: 35 Days (7 weeks)
Year 11+: 40 days (8 weeks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
