SalaryBusy Hartford law firm is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Mail Clerk.
Duties will include: Front desk/multi-line phone coverage, pick up/drop off mail at post office, collect and post outgoing mail, sort incoming mail, photocopying, shredding, moving boxes, manage closed file storage, track/order office supplies, maintain coffee/kitchen supplies and cleanliness, messenger services in Hartford and surrounding towns and some secretarial work.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Must have reliable vehicle , basic computer skills and ability to lift/carry 25 pounds.
