Full Time Office Receptionist/Paralegal Indianapolis Office

Busy firm is looking for Receptionist/Paralegal. You do not have to have a paralegal degree for this position. Your position includes:

1. Greeting clients

2. Filing

3. Typing

4. Organizing office

5. Answering phones

6. Contacting clients

7. Working with attorney to best assist clients

8. Dealing with public

9. Scheduling several calendars

Hours are: M, T, W, Th 9-5:30 with unpaid half hour for lunch, Friday 9-5pm. We do not work overtime. You must be stable and reliable.

You must able to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $32,500.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
