Full Time Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations. Immediate opening for an experienced Full time Assistant Property Manager in Rayville, Louisiana. Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, able to follow compliance guidelines. The job entails but is not limited to collecting rents, unit inspections, screening applicants, and leasing. Tax credit experience and one site is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.58 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
