Job Description
This opportunity is for a full-time hourly non-exempt position.
Job Duties:
- Income Collection: Maintain accurate resident records
- Update all rents, deposits, and application fees received form residents & Prospects on a daily basis
- Issue appropriate notices for late payments, evictions, NSF checks, etc.
- Make daily bank deposits
- Build and maintain a positive and repour with all prospects and residents
- Inspect models, vacant units, and common areas
- Coordinate with residents for lease renewals on a monthly basis
- Execute all leasing functions including, but not limited to: answering incoming calls, schedule property tours, greet prospects, tour prospects on property and through model apartments, and initiate follow-up communications
- Assist with the completion of monthly competition market surveys
- Assist with accepting work order requests, including input into the workorder system, and communication with maintenance personnel
- Keep accurate records of all move-ins and move-outs, availability, and unit status
- Minimum 2 year of Multi-Family experience
- Proven customer service experience and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems
- OneSite software experience desired
