Rent Louisiana, LLC is a property management company in Hammond, LA. We currently manage several rental properties in Southeast Louisiana. We are professional, agile and fast-paced.

We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team and help manage our residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties, including tenant relations, rent collection, evictions, property inspections, lease renewals and management of the leasing team. The Assistant Property Manager must possess excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of property management regulations and follow fair housing laws.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of the property.
• Ensure that all tenants are in compliance with the lease agreement.
• Handle tenant complaints and disputes in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all tenant payments and other transactions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Oversee the leasing team and approve/deny rental applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
