Title: Assistant Commercial Property Manager - Baton Rouge, LA

Rampart Commercial a top leader in the property management business currently has an opening for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager.

Duties include but not limited to:

· Maintains accurate client records. Updates on a daily basis all rents, deposits and application fees received from

clients. Issue appropriate notices when necessary (e.g., late payments, eviction notices, returned check memos).

· Deposits all receipts prior to bank close each day

· Maintains positive customer relations attitude

· Physically inspects properties when on grounds, picks up litter and reports any service needs to maintenance staff.

· Inspects move-outs and vacancies when requested

· Greets prospective clients

· Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new clients, tenants, vendors/suppliers, etc.

· Maintains property specific information including brochures, emergency plans, and information / locations of all major building systems, vendors, and other relevant information.

· Provides administrative support to Property Managers, including but not limited to, tenant correspondence,

maintenance coordination, etc.

· Input leases into Yardi, prepare lease abstract

Qualifications

· High school education or equivalent is required.

· One year of property management or retail sales experience, preferred

· Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.

· Must have computer knowledge (Microsoft Office products)

· Dependable as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
