Assistant Property Manager

Experienced Assistant Property Manager needed for Alexandria/Pineville apartment community. Ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

*excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job duties:

*provide excellent customer service to all residents

*lease apartments

*process resident applications and prepare leases

*collect and process rent

*manage maintenance staff

*code and submit invoices for payment

Requirements:

*previous property management or leasing experience

*ability to walk the property and climb stairs

*possess a valid driver’s license and insurance

*pass background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
