```Duties```
- Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
- Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting as needed
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Ability to handle conflict management and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and ability to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting the property and attracting new tenants
